CLIENT RELATIONS OFFICER (CRO)
Role Purpose
Our client is a well-established professional services firm providing accounting, audit, tax, and advisory services to a diverse client base. The firm is seeking a Client Relations Officer (CRO) to serve as the key link between clients and internal service teams, ensuring excellent client experience, clear communication, and smooth coordination of engagements. The Client Relations Officer will be the primary link between clients and the firm, ensuring excellent client experience, timely communication, and smooth coordination of accounting, tax, and audit engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients (emails, calls, meetings)
- Coordinate client onboarding and engagement documentation
- Follow up on client requests for documents and approvals
- Track engagement progress and client deliverables
- Support proposal preparation, invoicing, and follow-ups
- Maintain client records and CRM updates
- Support partners and team leads in client communications
- Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and service excellence
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in a professional services or accounting firm is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft
- Warm, kind, and solution-oriented personality
Salary KSh43,587 per month
