Customer Service Executive
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, supporting sales activities, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Any other responsibilities assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use customer management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Sales-oriented mindset with willingness to meet targets.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Salary KSh25,000 to KSh30,000 per month
