E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE
Job Purpose:
To drive online sales growth by managing the company's e-commerce platforms, digital marketplaces, online customer experience, and digital marketing initiatives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize all company online sales platforms and marketplaces.
- List, update, and maintain products on e-commerce channels.
- Monitor product availability, pricing, promotions, and online merchandising.
- Develop and execute online sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Analyse online sales performance and customer behaviour.
- Manage relationships with third-party marketplaces and delivery partners.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews across online channels.
- Track and report on website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to execute digital campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and emerging e-commerce trends.
- Ensure excellent customer experience across all online touchpoints.

- Achievement of monthly and annual online sales targets.
- Growth in online revenue and order volumes.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in e-commerce or digital sales, preferably in FMCG.
- Experience managing online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital reporting tools.
- Experience with online customer service and order fulfilment processes.
