E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

 Job Purpose:

To drive online sales growth by managing the company's e-commerce platforms, digital marketplaces, online customer experience, and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize all company online sales platforms and marketplaces.
  • List, update, and maintain products on e-commerce channels.
  • Monitor product availability, pricing, promotions, and online merchandising.
  • Develop and execute online sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Analyse online sales performance and customer behaviour.
  • Manage relationships with third-party marketplaces and delivery partners.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews across online channels.
  • Track and report on website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to execute digital campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activities and emerging e-commerce trends.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience across all online touchpoints.

  • Achievement of monthly and annual online sales targets.
  • Growth in online revenue and order volumes.
  • Increased website traffic and conversion rates.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in e-commerce or digital sales, preferably in FMCG.
  • Experience managing online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital reporting tools.
  • Experience with online customer service and order fulfilment processes.
