HUMAN RESOURCE & CLIENT SUCCESS OFFICER

POSITION SUMMARY

People Foco Agency Ltd is seeking a mature, proactive, and entrepreneurial Human Resource & Client Success Officer to support the delivery of HR consulting and recruitment services. The successful candidate will serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery while supporting recruitment, HR outsourcing, and business operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, solving HR challenges, managing recruitment projects, and contributing to business growth. The successful candidate must be capable of working independently while maintaining the high professional standards expected by People Foco.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recruitment & Executive Search

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments.
  • Prepare job advertisements and candidate briefs.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and the People Foco database.
  • Conduct CV screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Carry out competency-based interviews.
  • Coordinate client interviews and candidate communication.
  • Prepare interview summary reports and recruitment recommendations.
  • Conduct reference checks.
  • Support onboarding of successful candidates.
  • Maintain the recruitment ATS and candidate database.

2. Client Account Management

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for allocated HR outsourcing clients.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings.
  • Follow up on recruitment assignments.
  • Ensure agreed service levels are maintained.
  • Prepare monthly client reports.
  • Handle client queries promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
  • Escalate complex HR matters to the Managing Director.

3.  Business Operations

  • Maintain recruitment trackers.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Prepare contracts and HR documentation.
  • Support invoice follow-up.
  • Update CRM records.
  • Organize client files.
  • Coordinate meetings and training sessions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Higher Diploma in HRM is an advantage.
  • Membership of IHRM.
  • Minimum 4 years' HR and recruitment experience.
  • Experience in an HR consultancy or recruitment agency is highly desirable.

Salary KSh30,000 to KSh40,000 per month
