XANALIFE Pharmacy & Supermarket is building a tech-enabled retail health engine where prescriptions,
POS transactions, inventory flows, and analytics all run on tightly integrated systems. Behind every smooth checkout, every synced inventory count, and every live dashboard is infrastructure that simply cannot fail. That’s where you come in.
The Mission
Be the first responder, systems whisperer, and uptime guardian of our retail-tech ecosystem. When scanners freeze, networks lag, printers jam, or users panic; you don’t escalate chaos. You debug it. You ensure our stores trade, our pharmacists dispense, and our data flows. No drama. Just uptime.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
1. Keep the Lights (and POS) On
● Own first- and second-line support across POS, ERP, pharmacy systems, and inventory platforms
● Ensure card payments, barcode scans, and receipt prints work every single time
● Support store openings with clean system rollouts
2. Debug Like a Pro
● Diagnose root causes — not just restart-and-pray fixes
● Troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues with structured thinking
● Escalate smartly to vendors with clean issue logs and clear articulation
● Reduce repeat incidents through pattern recognition
3. Own the Network Layer
● Maintain LAN/WAN connectivity across branches
● Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points
● Ensure CCTV and basic security infrastructure stay online
● Validate backups and recovery protocols4. Hardware & Asset Discipline
● Deploy and configure desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
● Maintain a clean, up-to-date IT asset register
● Track warranties, licenses, and renewals
● Standardize device configurations across branches
5. Protect the Stack
● Enforce password and access control discipline
● Maintain endpoint protection and antivirus compliance
● Support data protection and basic cybersecurity controls
● Minimize exposure, reduce risk, tighten systems
What We’re Looking For
● Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
● 2–4 years hands-on IT support experience (retail or healthcare is a plus)
● Experience with POS and ERP environments
● Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP — you speak fluent packets)
● Comfort in Windows environments and basic server management
● Vendor coordination experience CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a bonus; but practical troubleshooting skills matter more.
