Our Client a goup of club and restautrant is looking to engage Room attendants to join their growing team

Job Description

• Clean and tidy hotel rooms, ensuring they meet the established cleanliness standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.
• Replenish towels, toiletries, and other guest supplies.
• Ensure that adequate supplies are available in each room.
• Inspect rooms for damages or maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate department.
• Ensure that all appliances and amenities in the room are in working order.
• Interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly.
• Organize and arrange furniture and amenities in an orderly manner.
• Pay attention to detail to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and hotel policies.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is often preferred.

2. Certificate in Housekeeping Operations or its equivalent will be an added advatntage

3. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
