RESTAURANT HOSTESS – SAUDI ARABIA

People Foco Agency Ltd is recruiting Restaurant Hostesses on behalf of a client in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking professional, presentable and customer-focused candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and receive guests warmly and professionally.

• Manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements.

• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus where required.

• Coordinate with waiters and other restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.

• Respond professionally to guest enquiries and requests.

• Maintain a welcoming and organised reception/hostess area.

• Assist in managing guest flow during busy service periods.

• Handle guest concerns courteously and escalate issues where necessary.

• Maintain high standards of grooming and professional presentation.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Hostess, Waitress or in a similar hospitality/customer service role.

• GCC experience is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, confident and customer-focused personality.

• Professional grooming and presentation.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Ability to work well within a multicultural team.

• Valid passport and willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Salary: SAR 2,500 – 3,000 per month.

• Free accommodation provided.

• Free transportation provided.

• Other benefits as provided under the employment contract.
