HR Supervisor
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
The HR Intern/Supervisor plays a dual role in supporting and executing Human Resource functions across the Business and IT Departments, while directly supervising the Telesales and Digital teams within the Business Unit. This role is designed to ensure efficient people management, performance tracking, HR compliance, and employee support across the organization, with a particular focus on staff within the business facing units.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Duties for Business and IT Departments
• Maintain accurate attendance, punctuality, and leave records for all staff.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, induction, and orientation of new employees.
• Support in contract management, renewal tracking, and exit processes.
• Monitor employee performance, coordinate reviews, and support in appraisal documentation.
• Handle documentation for staff leave, off-days, disciplinary actions, and training.
• Support in implementing staff engagement, wellness, and welfare initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date HR files, trackers, and digital records.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department including memos, letters,notices, and internal communication.
• Assist in organizing HR-related trainings, staff forums, and policy dissemination.
Supervision Duties – Telesales & Digital Teams (Business Department)
• Ensure team members achieve daily call targets (100 calls per agent per day).
• Monitor CRM usage and ensure timely logging of calls and follow-ups.
• Oversee quality of customer service, follow-up on client renewals, and resolve escalated complaints.
• Track sales and digital performance metrics and report gaps for improvement.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on team performance and share them with department heads.
• Motivate the team to meet KPIs including revenue, customer retention, and satisfaction.
• Address and report on any discipline, performance, or absenteeism issues.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support performance improvement where needed.
• Ensure professionalism, integrity, and team collaboration at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or
related field.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and performance systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital reporting tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
• Ability to multitask across departments and functions.
• Prior HR internship or supervisory experience is an added advantage.
