About the Role
We are looking for Real Estate Sales Supervisors to drive property sales and lead a high-performing sales team. The successful candidates will oversee client acquisition, property sales, team management, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Conversion – Engage and qualify prospects from referrals, digital platforms, and walk-ins.
- Market Research & Intelligence – Stay informed on competitor offerings, pricing, and buyer trends to refine strategies.
- Sales Team Leadership – Supervise, train, and evaluate the sales team to achieve set targets.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management – Conduct site tours, presentations, and handle negotiations with professionalism.
- Sales Reporting – Track and report sales performance weekly to management.
- Deal Closure & Contract Management – Guide clients through contracts, payments, and onboarding.
- Channel Development – Collaborate with agencies, brokers, and attend expos to build networks.
Key Competencies
- Strong salesmanship and ability to close high-value property deals.
- Excellent presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and disciplined sales pipeline management.
- Relationship-building skills with diverse clientele, including diaspora clients.
- Professional, resourceful, and results-driven.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Real Estate.
- At least 3 years’ real estate sales experience (B2C high-value properties).
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing sales teams.
- Fluent in English (French/Kiswahili an added advantage).
- Strong MS Office and digital tools knowledge.
