Real Estate Sales Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for Real Estate Sales Supervisors to drive property sales and lead a high-performing sales team. The successful candidates will oversee client acquisition, property sales, team management, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Conversion – Engage and qualify prospects from referrals, digital platforms, and walk-ins.
  • Market Research & Intelligence – Stay informed on competitor offerings, pricing, and buyer trends to refine strategies.
  • Sales Team Leadership – Supervise, train, and evaluate the sales team to achieve set targets.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management – Conduct site tours, presentations, and handle negotiations with professionalism.
  • Sales Reporting – Track and report sales performance weekly to management.
  • Deal Closure & Contract Management – Guide clients through contracts, payments, and onboarding.
  • Channel Development – Collaborate with agencies, brokers, and attend expos to build networks.

Key Competencies

  • Strong salesmanship and ability to close high-value property deals.
  • Excellent presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and disciplined sales pipeline management.
  • Relationship-building skills with diverse clientele, including diaspora clients.
  • Professional, resourceful, and results-driven.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Real Estate.
  • At least 3 years’ real estate sales experience (B2C high-value properties).
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing sales teams.
  • Fluent in English (French/Kiswahili an added advantage).
  • Strong MS Office and digital tools knowledge.
