SITE SUPERVISOR – ELECTRICAL (APPRENTICESHIP)

Our client is a well-established engineering and electrical solutions organization with a strong footpring across East and Central Africa. With decades of industry experience, the organization delivers end-to-end electrical, power and renewable energy solutions to commercial, insustrial and infrastructure projects. They seek to engage the services of an Electricians into their apprenticeship program aimed at helping them to  supervise electrical installation works on site while strengthening leadership, safety and project coordination skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise electrical installation and maintenance works on site
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and electrical standards
• Coordinate electricians, technicians, and subcontractors
• Monitor materials usage, timelines, and quality of work
• Enforce safety, health, and environmental compliance
• Prepare site reports and progress update

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 2–4 years experience in electrical installations or site supervision
• Strong site coordination and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
