Our client is the printing and document services limited is seeking to recruit the services of a Sales Executive. He/She will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and closing sales deals. This role focuses on meeting and exceeding sales targets while delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new leads through outbound and inbound activities
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve conversion rates
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
- Any other duties assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented with a strong closing mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary KSh20,000 per month
