🎯 Role Summary
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing strong client relationships, and promoting our full range of cleaning and hygiene products to corporate, industrial, and institutional clients. You will play a key role in expanding market share and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction in a competitive landscape.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
- Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct persuasive product presentations and demonstrations that address client needs and showcase value.
- Client Acquisition & Conversion: Engage with prospective clients, negotiate contracts, prepare quotations, and close sales to meet individual and team targets.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and emerging market trends to inform strategy and stay competitive.
- Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM systems, and prepare weekly/monthly sales activity reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
🔍 What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (advantageous).
- Minimum of 2+ years of proven sales experience, ideally within cleaning, hygiene, facility services, or industrial products.
- B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel locally to visit clients and attending industry events.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
